Who is responsible

Vacare Digital Solutions LLC, a limited liability company organized in the State of Delaware, located at 8 The Green, Suite B, Dover, DE 19901, United States. Contact for anything about your data: hola@origenes.club.

What data we use

If you only read: we ask for nothing. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and doesn't identify people (only totals: pages, countries, referrers). Like any server, Cloudflare processes technical connection data (IP address, browser) to deliver and protect the site; we don't use it to identify you.

If you join the Club:

• your email (required) and the name you choose to give us (optional);
• your language and the form you signed up from;
• when you signed up, confirmed or unsubscribed, and the version of this text you accepted;
• your member number and, if you make one, your paper puppet;
• the emails we send you and whether they were delivered, bounced or marked as spam.

Only with your permission (a separate checkbox when you join): whether you open our emails and which links you click. Without it, we only count totals per send, without knowing who.

Only if you're a founder and you choose it (a checkbox on your card): we publish your number, name and puppet on the founding members page and in video credits. You can withdraw it anytime: it leaves the website right away and future videos; an already published video can't be edited, so it stays there.

To prevent abuse we limit how many sign-ups come from one connection: we use your IP address at that moment and don't store it.

What for

• sending you the Club: confirmation, welcome, every new case file and Club notices;
• your member card, your puppet and voting on the next videos;
• understanding which content works (as totals, or per person only if you allowed it);
• protecting delivery: not writing to addresses that bounce or asked us to stop.

We don't sell, rent or share your email with anyone for advertising. We don't make automated decisions about you.

Legal basis

Your consent: you sign up and confirm from your inbox (double opt-in). Per-person measurement has its own, separate consent. You can withdraw either at any time. Abuse protection relies on our legitimate interest in keeping the service working.

How long

• While you're a member, we keep your Club data.
• If you unsubscribe, we stop writing immediately. We keep only your email flagged as unsubscribed so we never write by mistake; ask us if you want that deleted too.
• Per-person open and click data is kept for up to 24 months.
• Backups rotate automatically and last up to 30 days.
• If you allowed measurement and don't open our emails for 6 months, we ask whether you want to stay; if you don't answer, we stop writing.

Who helps us

We work with providers that process data on our behalf under contract:

• Cloudflare (USA): website, domain, inbound email, cookieless analytics and backups.
• Resend (USA; sending from Brazil): email delivery.
• Hetzner (Germany): the server that hosts the Club database.
• Google / YouTube (USA): only if you press play on a video (see Cookies).

When data leaves the European Union, transfers rely on GDPR safeguards (standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework).

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your data, object to or restrict a use, and withdraw consent. Write to hola@origenes.club; we answer within 30 days. To unsubscribe you don't need to write: every email has a one-click unsubscribe link.

If you think we didn't handle your data well, you can complain to the data protection authority in your country.

Minimum age

You must be at least 16 to join the Club.

Changes

If we change anything important in this policy, we email members before it applies. The last update date is at the top.
